“MK SKSM” LLC has mastered in large volumes designing, manufacturing and assembling of main and auxiliary types of metal constructions.
The Company has been at the construction market for more than 8 years. Within this period the Company specialists have been engaged in constructing objects all around Ukraine.
The enterprise has manufactured metal constructions for the following objects:
- The Kharkov aircraft plant;
- Malt plants in Kharkov and Chernigov;
- The Oil-and-fat plant in Zaporozhie;
- Industry elevators in Kharkov and Sumskaya Regions;
- A number of large trade centres in Kharkov.
Apart from metal constructions, the enterprise has mastered production of non-standard equipment, i.e.: filter casings for power stations, special scaffolds to repair power station boilers supplied successfully not only to Ukrainian power engineering specialists but also to Russia and Kazakhstan.
“MK SKSM” LLC is cooperating with such companies as: Malteurop, Philip Morris, Metro, etc. In the result of cooperation with foreign customers the enterprise has mastered a progressive technology of anti-corrosion coating of metal constructions with hot and cold zinc. Production capacities of the enterprise allow manufacturing 400 tons of metal constructions per month. The enterprise main specialisation is manufacturing of welded metal constructions having different categories of difficulty. Moreover, “MK SKSM” LLC offers to the customers working with sheet steel, a wide range of services in metal cutting.
Using of special method of separated steel structures fabrication "Workshop - Constructing site" increases production capacity to 1,000 tons a month. The general production capacity considering individual and mass specifics depending on the project difficulty allows to fabricate on average from 400 to 2000 tons of steel structures a month.
The main workshop speciality is aimed at fabricating of welded steel structures of different categories of difficulty. Also, "MK SKSM" LLC offers a wide range of cutting service for the customers who deal with sheet steel

Cutting process is fully automated and it does not require intermediate stages to process design and technological documentation. Any drawing, made by means of ACAD compatible graphics editor, goes from the designer’s PC directly to the numerical control machine. The software at the numerical control machine allows calculating optimum sheet cutting for cutting elements having cuts of various difficulty, as well as allows calculating several variants of cutting with presentation of cutting economic analysis in cost expression (i.e. calculation of all cutting costs, including personnel salary).
The procedure of drawing processing takes not more than three minutes.
The quality and cutting accuracy while metal cutting at our equipment is such that it does not require additional machining.
